About the university
The University of Warwick received its Royal Charter in 1965 and has grown into one of the UK's leading research universities. It sits on a large self-contained campus on the edge of Coventry, on land granted by Coventry City Council and Warwickshire County Council.
Warwick is known for economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering (including WMG) and Warwick Business School. It ranks 7th in the Complete University Guide 2027 and 68th in the world in the QS World University Rankings 2027.
Indian students mostly choose one-year master's courses in computer science, data analytics, business analytics, finance and management, plus WMG's engineering and supply chain management courses. Fees are high, but WBS Scholarships of 10% to 50% are available on many business master's courses.
Coventry is a mid-sized city in the West Midlands, close to Birmingham and about an hour from London by train. Around a third of Warwick's students come from overseas.
