Macromedia University of Applied Sciences is a private, state-recognised university with its registered seat in Potsdam. It began teaching in Munich in 2006 as a media college and has since grown to about 5,500 students. It is institutionally accredited by the German Science and Humanities Council.
Macromedia is known for media, design, film, journalism, management and psychology.
